Meditation/Relaxation
The world is a busy place and many of us don’t get enough time to sit down and relax in our busy daily schedule. Meditation/relaxation is an efficient and effective technique that will help you relax your mind and body. Take the time out to attend one of our 30 minute classes over lunch time to help clear out the stress and tension of your day, refreshing and revitalizing you for the remainder of the day.

well as the everyday stresses and strains of life.
Yoga Nidra - Yoga nidra, also known as 'psychic sleep', is a deep relaxation practice from the Indian yoga tradition. Half an hour of Yoga Nidra may yield the benefit of up to three hours of standard sleep.
What you need to bring

- You can stay in your business clothes, we just need you to be able to be comfortable. So undoing the belt/top button, untucking your shirt, removing your tie is usually enough. If you have time to change first, that is even better.
